The late Benjamin Ayimba will be buried in two weeks. Ayimba’s burial will cost Sh2.7 million. Sh1.7 million will be used in clearing hospital bill and sh1 million will go towards funeral expenses.
The family has asked for the well-wishers to help ease the financial burden.
According to the emerging report, former Kenya Sevens Rugby team coach Benjamin Ayimba had close to three baby mamas. The three baby mamas include Moraa Nyaboke, Sharon Kalunde and Fabricia Awuor.
With the burial plans underway, the baby mamas have come out to complain of the celebrated coach’s family who have refused to acknowledge the children they sired with the late Ayimba.
All of them are requesting to be allowed to come with their kids in the funeral so that they can be able to bid their father a final goodbye.
Moraa Nyaboke has two kids with Ayimba, Sharon has a son while Fabricia has a son and a daughter.
Benjamin Ayimba passed away last week on Friday after battling Celebral malaria. Ayimba had been previously admitted at Kenyatta National Hospital (KNH) private wing.
After leaving his role as 15’s coach, he coached the Sevens team between 2006 and 2011, during that time they secured their first-ever World Series final in 2009 in Adelaide, Australia.
During the same year, he led Shujaa to Rugby World Cup Sevens semi-final in Dubai.
Between 2015 – 2016 he coached Kenya Sevens to its first-ever appearance at the 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
Ayimba is celebrated for leading Kenya Sevens to the victory of Main Cup Singapore in 2016 after beating Fiji 30 – 7.
