Former Tahidi High actor Kamau Kinuthia popularly known as Omosh is reportedly seeking help for the second time and is ready to work as a sweeper.
According to Mkenya News, Kamau Kinuthia alias Omosh is calling upon well-wishers to help him regain his footing. He says people pledged money that he has never received. He only got less than a million which he used to settle his debts.
“He is now asking Kenyans to help him get a good camera, tripod and lighting system. Omosh says he is ready to work even as a sweeper before he gains his footing. I am ready to even work as a sweeper before I bounce back. You can reach me through 0727054141.” Omosh told a local publication.
In a video that trended online, Omosh disclosed that times had not been easy for him and that he was ready for any kind of opportunity that could make him earn something. The veteran actor added that he was a competent driver with a valid driving license.
“All I need is a job even if I will get paid 200 Kenya shillings per day. I don’t care about class and I will opt for anything even if someone starts a restaurant business where I can be selling tea and uji.” Stated Omosh.
The Tahidi High actor added that his situation was worsened by the ravaging effects of the covid-19 pandemic which hit the country back in 2020, forcing many businesses to shut down.
As a result, Omosh recalled some of his most frustrating moments in life laced with leaving the house as if though going to work which was never the case.
“Nothing is as difficult as waking up every morning and there is nowhere I am going. You see other people go to work and come back and you have nowhere to go. It is very frustrating and painful,” he added
Having broken down in tears for not being able to fend for himself and family, Omosh was gifted a piece of land by Zero Hero properties
The award of piece of land came just two days after Felix Oduor popularly known as Jalang’o promised to raise 1 million Kenya shillings for the former Tahidi high actor Kamau Kinuthia aka Omosh.
