The ODM party today made a crucial decision of dissociating itself from NASA coalition in joint reaction after the Wiper party withdrew from the same famous NASA alliance.
While addressing the press today, ODM party Secretary General Edwin Sifuna informed that the ODM party reached a decision to quit NASA in the efforts to pave more inlets for other interested parties to form an Alliance ahead of 2022 general election.
He stated that the ODM party couldn’t engage in coalition negotiations with other parties when it is still in the NASA coalition, a move that reinstated its withdrawal.
However, ODM’s withdrawal has rendered the coalition to the ANC party and Ford Kenya which are yet to make official withdrawal from the coalition. This has ignited a mixed reaction in the OKA alliance where several privy sources have hinted of ODM, Jubilee and KANU alliance ahead of next year’s general election.
At the same time, ODM Party leader Through Hon John Mbadi reported that a time of political transformation has come and nobody will stop Baba this time round. But via a speech perceived as a direct attack on William Ruto’s economic approach, Hon Mbadi claimed that the ongoing Confusion in his camp is a clear indication that he’s not a godsend as he claims.
