One Kenya Alliance principals (Mudavadi, Wetangula, Kalonzo and Gideon Moi) are set to pick their presidential flag bearer in 2022 race.
According to NTV reports, the ANC party leader Musalia Mudavadi, KANU party chief Gideon Moi and Bungoma senator Moses Wetangula among their allied MPs are set to convene a consultative meeting tomorrow Saturday 14th August 2021 at Great Rift Lounge in Naivasha where they will publicly announce the flag bearer who will face off Raila, Ruto among other potential candidates.
“Wajumbe wa muungano wa One Kenya Alliance kuwasili wikendi hii kupendekeza a damage Pepe rush a bendera yao” NTV reported.
This comes a day after the Wiper Party Leader Kalonzo Musyoka is said to have flown to Turkey on undisclosed mission as he had declared to trim his political ambition to 2022 presidential ballot.
The ANC party Musalia Mudavadi has also vowed to pit his game up-to the final stage of election as he possibly intents to replace the head of state President Uhuru Kenyatta in 2022 race.
The Ford Kenya Party Leader Moses Wetangula who has remained mum on his 2022 political journey may also throw his hat in the ring in attempt to cling to the country’s top seat.
The OKA principals are speculated to have roughed up president Uhuru Kenyatta’s proposal to throw their political weights behind the ODM party leader Raila Odinga in 2022.
Mudavadi and Kalonzo have revamped and shaped their political strategies ahead of next year’s general election.
